Ya wanna know how great
this company I work for is?
Ya wanna know how much they
care about their employees?
I'll tell you, Jerryatrics.
The oh-so-great SWA is
planning on nixing my job.
Yep, and Katie's too. I'm
not even sure I'm supposed
to go public with this, but
ya know what? Screw it. I've
always been a rebel, and I
won't make an exception
here. The SWA is canceling
Aggression. How ya like
that? They're taking one of
their shows, a show all you
Jerryatrics love, and
they're just blowing it away
like a wisp of smoke. Makes
you feel loved, don't it?
Cutting costs, and cutting
jobs, regardless of the
opinion of the fans, which
they never even asked, by
the way. And you know why?
Because the people that
shrug in disgust at this
place are right. The SWA is
hurting right now, and
possibly even dying. Why
else would they cut a show?
Why else would they not even
allow the fans to protest
that show's cutting? They're
probably not even going to
address it. Anyone who
doesn't read this column is
just gonna look at their
TV's one Wednesday, waiting
for Aggression to come on,
and be treated to reruns of
On the one hand, I can
understand why they want to
get rid of me. OK, fine, I'm
not a terrifically nice
person. But I am a fantastic
color commentator, and they
know it. Furthermore, you'd
think they'd have the balls
to tell me to my face,
rather than sending me an
email. Yeah, they broke up
with me like a nerdy
X-girlfriend. But back to my
point. I can understand, in
a sense, their reasons for
ridding themselves of me,
but Katie? She sure didn't
deserve this. Matter of
fact, she should be the one
writing this column right
now. She should be the one
expressing her outrage at
the way the SWA has treated
her. Oh yes, their true
colors are shining bright.
Ya know, I should suggest
she blog about this or
something. Get some fan
responses and such. Post a
tweet or two. The SWA will
regret what they've done in
whatever passes for their
hearts. Those rotting,
festering organs with no
feeling whatsoever. This is
just downright ridiculous,
Jerryatrics, and I
personally urge you all to
strike out against the SWA
in every way you can.
OK, alright, let me be
clear about one thing real
quick, before I close this
out. I'm not actually fired
just yet. They're still
letting me float around on
the payroll, making it seem
like they're gonna try to
find something else for me
to do. Yeah right. Like
that's gonna happen. They'll
drop that excuse when it
starts costing them too
much, and away I'll go. So
there. Now you have all the
information. Do what you
have to do, Jerryatrics. And
you too, Katie. Let's bring
them to their knees if we
