As our scene opens up, the SWA Wednesday Wristlock set is shown and the the theme song begins to play. The camera views the small, dark room all over the place, until it finally focuses to the center of the room. There is a huge black sofa to the side of the set, but right in the middle is a steel chair, with a huge dent on the top of it. Ventor slowly walks up to the chair and leans on it. With his classic grin on his face, he begins to speak.

Ventor: Hello, ladies and gentleman. You may all be wondering to yourselves, what is with the new furniture, V-Man??

Ventor giggles and has a seat on the steel chair. He picks up his feet and puts them in a lounging fashion on the center of the black table.

Ventor: Come on, don't be so naive. Everyone knows this steel chair very well, I am sure. This chair has given me a great deal of pleasure, no doubt about that. It created pain, injury, and suffering. Plus, let's face it. It gave me a big "W" in the win/loss record.

He then looks back at the dent that was made from the huge chairshot.

Ventor: That's right, this is the same chair that was used to hit Shadow. Not once, not twice. Hell, not even three times. I smashed this steel chair five consecutive times right in the skull of Shadow. Don't worry, I know this steel chair is special. It will be up on ebay for millions...pretty soon...

Ventor gets a more serious countenance on his face.

Ventor: Now, I need to clear up a little something about my match, not only for my fans out there, but for the wrestlers backstage, including Shadow himself. All of my emails this week were off the charts. Everyone has been asking me, Why? Why did I use the steel chair? Why didn't I just win the match fair and square? Well, that answer is fairly simple. Everyone knows out there that I love wrestling. Every aspect about it. I have evolved to the point where there are wrestler that are worth my time, and other....well.....don't have such a privilege. There is some good talent in the SWA. Guys like Jakester and Rage have the talent to take this business to the top. Those are the guys I will have a wrestling match with. They are worth my time, I guess you can say. I would wrestle them fairly until I could wrestle no more.

Ventor pauses, takes a sip of water, and continues to speak.

Ventor: However, there are others such as Shadow. The question I ask myself when I wrestle a guy like that is, why bother? Why waste my time on someone whos not even worth it? It doesn't add up to me. Play the devil's advocate for a minute. If you were me, are you telling me that you wouldn't use the steel chair if you got the chance to?? Don't lie to Mark Ventor. Why use my energy up and wrestle him? I already know I can do that no problem. Instead, why not cause him some pain? So much pain, that he won't ever embarress me in front of an SWA camera ever again. With that said, I rest my case.

With a calm, sedate look in his eyes, Ventor switches gears to a new topic.

Ventor: Enough about me, let's move on. This edition of the wristlock is a jam-packed one. So much to do in so little time. We have Phoenix on the show going to give her predictions on the next Edge card, coming up tomorrow night! Everyone has seen our last confrontation, and I will admit, I was owned. No problem, I figure women always have to get the last word. Before that though, let me give a brief post-thoughts session of our PPV, February Revolution. Here is a clip from some of the matches.

A video clip is beginning to get played. It all starts off with the opening match, Grave vs. Kristian Sailes. It shows Grave using the barbed wire bat against his opponent, until he eventually gets the pinfall. Shots of Boomer vs. Blackjack are quickly shown, It shows them going back and forth with some punches and skips ahead and shows where Boomer hits his finisher, the Roadkill. With Rage vs. Izzy Omega, all that is shown is Rage tapping out to his finishing crossface headlock. Next is Katherine vs. Rachel for the Women's Title. Rachel awaits for her opponent to get up until she nails the Twist It for the one, two, three. Ventor vs. Shadow is next, with the brutal massacring of Ventor's chairshots shown. The tag team match ending is shown next. Thundervolt has his full nelson locked in, but B. Cool battles back with the CoolCutter followed by the Cool Clutch for the tapout! Finally, a clip of Jakester vs. Bobcat, with in the end Jakester gets his hand raised, as well as the title. The scene fades to black.

Ventor: Wow, what a preview. Just by those small clips, you can clearly see the intensity and the focus that these men and women have. Although, I must say that I am extremely displeased with my predictions. Most of them were indeed correct, but two major matches I got incorrect. One of them would be the Women's Title match. Man, I really thought that Katherine would get the victory with this one. Guess I underestimated Rachel. The other match was the main event, which by the way I can honestly say that both men put on a stellar performance. Both men wanted that title, but Jakester proved to be the better match. Probably the second hardest fought match of the night. Who do I think fought the hardest match? Why, none other then the huge Tag Team Turmoil match that took place. The sad thing is, The BC Brothers Tag Title run would last only a mere few days, at most. The release of The Brawler is probably one of the biggest surprizes to come to both SWA Superstars, and all the fans out there too. As much as I hate to admit it, The Brawler did leave an impact in the SWA in his tenure. Even though in our two matches together, I beat him both times, he gave me a hell of a match both times. Plus, no one can deny his big title run. B. Cool shouldn't be too angry about this situation, though. He did loose the titles, but he has a chance to go after them again with me as his partner. We are going to make short work of New Breed, I can assure you. It has been too long since I have worn gold, and right now it is my time. Everyone saw the aggression I saw last week at Revolution. At Edge, expect to see ten times that, guaranteed.

Ventor calms down a little bit, straightens out his tie, and continues speaking.

Ventor: Enough with venting anger, though (haha. No pun intended) Overall, a very good PPV. Now, enough of just me. I hate to keep you guys waiting any longer. Tonight we have Phoenix in the studio, here to give her thoughts on this weeks huge edition of Edge. Lots of things are going to happen, such as the Skyfall draft, the big tag team title match, and other events. Ladies and gentleman, I bring you SWA Diva, Phoenix.

With that said, "Rise" by the Cult is heard quietly in the background as Phoenix makes her way onto the Wristlock set. She smiles and waves hi to the camera. Phoenix has a seat on the side where the big couch is. Ventor, still sitting on the steel chair, starts the convo up.

Ventor: Phoenix, how are we doing tonight??

Phoenix rolls her eyes and begins to speak.

Phoenix: Hello, Ventor. I am doing all right, I suppose. How about yourself? You seem to be showing your true colors once and for all, for a change. I am starting to like the new Ventor.

Ventor: Well, thanks Phoenix. But enough about me, how are you feeling after your big match going for the tag titles?

Phoenix: Come on, Mark. What kind of a question is that? You know how I feel...complete crap. I was focused. I was ready. I am not sure where Amethyst's mind was at the time, but I think if she was a little more focused we could have been declared the first ever SWA Tag Team Champions.

Ventor: You could very well be right about that. We will talk about the tag team titles a little more in just a little bit, but let's switch topics to something that is so huge, it will "change the lives of all SWA superstars." That is right....for the first time in SWA history....we are going to see.......

Phoenix snickers and quickly cuts him off.

Phoenix: Vent, we all know what your going to say. The Skyfall Draft, right? That was easy enough......

Ventor: Wait a minute. Who's the talk show host here, huh? Are you going to let me do my job???

Phoenix: Then do it...

Ventor shakes his head in dismay and continues to speak.

Ventor: Anyways, before I was rudely interupted, how do you feel about the draft?

Phoenix: Just like everyone else, I have mixed feelings. I think this is going to be a big old experiment to see if it boosts ratings even more. I think this draft is probably going to have some positive feedback. More superstars get a chance at the spotlight, more titles will be in the championship picture, etc.

Ventor: Any preference of show you'd want to be on?

Phoenix: Another easy question, Vent. Get with the program. Come on, Sean Atwood is my annoying ex-boyfriend. I don' t want to breathe the same air as him, let alone be on the roster that he owns. But, in retrospect, it really doesn't matter what show I am on. Whether it would be Edge with B. Cool, or Aggression with Sean Atwood. I will still do the same thing week in and week out, and that is to bust my ass and give the fans what they want. Isn't that right, Ventor? You remember that edition of the Vent, don't you???

Ventor blushes and raises an eyebrow at that statement.

Ventor: Very funny, Phoenix. Hey, speaking of the Vent, there will be another edition come this Edge. It will be the first one in months!!

Phoenix: I got to hand it to you Mark, it is quite an entertaining segment. I heard Russell Brown is going to be your guest. Maybe you can give him talk show lessons, so maybe he can be entertaining on Aggression.

Ventor cracks up at that statement.

Ventor: Right you are, m'lady. Moving on, besides the Vent and the draft coming up, there are four other matches going to take place. Phoenix, would you like to give your predictions on these matches, by any chance.

Phoenix: Eh, no thanks. I am good, really.

Ventor: Damn, your no fun.

Phoenix: Just kidding, god. What matches do we have lined up this week??

Ventor: Well, here is the Sign of Things to Come....let's get started.

Ventor and Phoenix get up and walk on over to the video screen that is lowered on the set. It becomes highlighted with the first match,

Single's Match: Phoenix vs. Amethyst

Phoenix: Everyone knows my thoughts on Amethyst already, so there is no need to go into too much detail. All I can say is, she wasn't focused last week like she told me she would. This match should be a wake up call for her. She needs to get her head out of her ass, and realized she jeopardized the future of Team Glam Slam. I am going to prove that even though she is a former Women's Champion, it makes absolutely no difference when we get in that squared circle tomorrow night. I am going to make her last match in SWA, a loss in her record book, and you can count on that my friend. Winner Predicted: Phoenix

Single's Match: The Brawler vs. B. Cool

Phoenix: Everyone knows that this is Brawler's last match. Regardless if he has personal or creative issues with the boss Crystal Pierce, Brawler is the type of guy that will still keep focused, unlike someone like Amethyst. Anyway, nothing against B. Cool really, but I expect The Brawler to finish his SWA career with a bang by defeating his long time partner B. Cool. Winner Predicted: The Brawler

Single's Match: Russell Brown vs. The CrowWalker

Phoenix: To be honest with you, I don't give a damn about this match. Both of these guys irritate me. But hell, if I am forced to choose, I will go with CrowWalker. Why, you may ask? He has cool looking facepaint....... Winner Predicted: CrowWalker

SWA Tag Team Championship: The New Breed vs. B. Cool and Ventor

Phoenix: This one is probably going ot be the hardest matches to decide. This is of course true, seeing as it is the main event for the night. I will admit, The New Breed made a fantabulous debut at the PPV. Those guys are future stars on the rise, no doubt. Despite that, I believe that you and B. Cool will pick up the win. My reason behind this is B. Cool had what it took to win the first pair of Tag Team Titles. I think he is going to do the same with this match, and what better way to partner up with the Figurehead of SWA, Mark Ventor.
Winner Predicted: B. Cool and Ventor

The screen shuts off as Ventor and Phoenix are showed standing up next to each other.

Ventor: There you have it, folks. Predictions from just one of our SWA superstars, Phoenix. That about raps it up for tonight, but tune in next week for another special guest.....Boomer! Thanks for coming, Phoenix.

Phoenix: No problem, Vent. See you guys soon.

The Wednesday Wristlock theme begins to play in the background as the scene fades to black....
